We are happy about every new face at Troger Holz - but we are especially happy about apprentices! We warmly welcome Robert Lucic, who started his working life with us on 1 September 2022 and for whom this marks the beginning of a new phase in his life.

Robert will be trained in our maintenance team in the occupation metal technology - mechanical engineering technology - special module automation technology.

"When it comes to apprenticeship training, we really roll up our sleeves," explains Stefan Hochschwarzer, master locksmith and trainer, and goes on to emphasise that "giving young, committed people a secure future in a varied profession is a great responsibility, but at the same time it also brings a lot of joy and enthusiasm."

Of course, Robert was also welcomed by our company boss KmR Helmut Troger. "Good training of young, motivated people is very close to our hearts. Skilled workers are the core of the company and in the course of the training not only the technical but also the personal education is emphasised", emphasises Helmut Troger.
