In addition to the Tyrolean mountain timber as a raw material, which predestines us as a quality guarantor, we stand out as a serious partner for customers from all over the world with the most modern profiling technology, trained staff as well as continuous monitoring of internal processes.

Consistent production quantities are also the foundation for guaranteeing constant availability.

CUTTING

Structural timber from Troger is produced according to orders. Thus, customer-specific requirements for the end product can be taken into account ahead of time.

The cut shows the best qualities, as we exclusively use circular saws with our chipper profiling lines sawmill.

Optimum cuts for optimum quality

Grading

We sort according to individual quality criteria which are established by our customers. To ensure that these criteria are fulfilled, each individual board is visually inspected by two employees and sorted accordingly.

In addition, the expertise of our experienced employees is perfectly complemented by modern scanning technology.

TECHNICAL DRYING OF STRUCTURAL TIMBER

In 18 wood-drying kilns, in which the structural timber is dried equally and gently, we can effectively complete our concept of responding flexibly to customer requirements.

The required heat comes from the company's own power station which burns biomass – completely carbon-neutrally.

Logistics in safe hands

All our processes are continuously optimized with the aim of supplying our customers with products from Troger Holz punctually and safely.

In order to avoid transport delays, we work with local forwarding companies who take the importance of scheduled delivery very seriously.
